Can all members access the Knowledge Bases?

Only members granted access by an Admin or Super Admin can access a Knowledge Base.

Super Admin has access to all Knowledge Bases whether created by them or not.
​
Admin only has access to Knowledge Bases created by them, not by other Admins.
