What are Company, Project and User knowledge bases?

In order to centralize information and reduce duplication, knowledge bases can be assigned to either be at the Company, Project or User level.

Here are the different levels and what they mean:

  • Company: Used by all Conversations across a Company

  • Project: Used by all Conversation within a Project

  • User: Used only be user who uploaded this knowledge base.
